Agreement to Terms
Last Updated: January 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the qb111 platform, including all sports betting, casino gaming, payment, and account services available at qb111.app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and qb111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of qb111, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of qb111, including registered account holders, visitors, and any individual who accesses the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using qb111. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
IMPORTANT: qb111 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to register an account, make a deposit, or use any service offered by qb111. Age verification is mandatory.

Eligibility
To register and use a qb111 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. qb111 does not accept registrations from persons under the age of 21, without exception.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law and where such access would expose you or qb111 to criminal or civil liability.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of qb111, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
- You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or have been previously excluded from qb111 or related platforms.
qb111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a player's eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings accrued in breach of these eligibility requirements are void and will not be paid out.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of qb111 services, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. qb111 is entitled to rely on the information you provide and is not obligated to verify it independently, except where regulatory obligations or risk management procedures require us to do so.
- Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts, qb111 may close all such accounts, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. qb111 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must notify qb111 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. qb111 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation in such circumstances.
- Account registration is free. qb111 does not charge a fee for opening, maintaining, or closing a personal account.
- You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, up to date at all times. Failure to maintain current contact details may affect your ability to receive account notifications and recover access to your account.
qb111 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a player has breached these Terms or where it has reason to believe that an account is being used fraudulently, in bad faith, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
All deposits to qb111 accounts are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though qb111 may apply account-level limits at its discretion for security or responsible gaming purposes.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. qb111 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
- Deposits made via mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited to your qb111 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed depending on the sending institution.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. qb111 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. The following terms apply:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with financial security requirements.
- qb111 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the player's bank or mobile provider.
- Any bonuses credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Details of wagering requirements are provided in the relevant bonus offer terms.
qb111 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or void any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where a regulatory investigation is ongoing. Players will be notified of any such action and given the opportunity to respond.
Bonuses and Promotions
qb111 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:
- Bonuses are only available to players who have successfully registered and verified their qb111 account. Players who have registered duplicate accounts or whose accounts are under investigation are not eligible to receive or redeem bonus offers.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the offer details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on qb111 bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses may only be used on the games and markets specified in the offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be used on certain high-RTP games, specific live casino tables, or jackpot slots. qb111 reserves the right to specify eligible games for each promotion.
- qb111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited and accepted by players remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
qb111 welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. qb111 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies as a new player for the purposes of any promotion.
Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on qb111. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles are provided within each game by the respective game provider. For sports betting, the following terms apply:
- All bets are final once confirmed. qb111 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except in circumstances where qb111 determines, at its sole discretion, that the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error.
- qb111 reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time without notice, including during live in-play betting. This may occur due to injury news, weather conditions, venue changes, score corrections, or any other factor that materially affects the integrity of the market.
- In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with qb111's sport-specific settlement rules, which are available on the platform.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. qb111 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player on any single market or selection, with or without providing a reason.
- qb111 uses certified and independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems for all casino games. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the individual game interface.
qb111 is not responsible for any technical interruptions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime that may affect an active bet or gaming session. Where a disruption results in an incomplete game round or bet, qb111 will endeavour to settle the outcome fairly based on available data at the time of the interruption.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qb111. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
- Colluding with other players, including through coordinated play designed to guarantee returns, sharing of information about opponents' hands in live dealer games, or any form of chip dumping.
- Using funds derived from illegal sources to make deposits, or using qb111 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illicit purpose.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law, using VPNs, proxies, or other technical tools to disguise your actual location for this purpose.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward qb111 staff or other players via any channel, including support chat, email, or social media.
qb111 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will be immediately reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.
Responsible Gaming
qb111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered qb111 players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
- Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that will notify them after a specified period of continuous play. These reminders are designed to encourage regular breaks and mindful gaming.
- Time-Out: Players may request a short-term time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account remains registered but is inaccessible for betting or gaming activity.

Intellectual Property
All content on the qb111 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, data, game assets, sound files, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of qb111 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from qb111 for any purpose without the express written consent of qb111 or the applicable rights holder.
The qb111 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of qb111. Unauthorised use of any qb111 trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, promotional materials, or any other context, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qb111 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use thereof. qb111 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The following specific limitations apply:
- qb111 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if qb111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- qb111's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qb111 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- qb111 is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers whose services are integrated into or accessible via the qb111 platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude qb111's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Amendments and Governing Law
qb111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, qb111 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration. qb111 will engage in good faith to resolve any player complaint through its standard support channels before any formal dispute process is initiated.
